I like doing workouts such as LBT and Zumba. 45 minutes to 1 hour classes are what they are. I have learned what my body needs to do in order to get the most out of it. I would like to share it with you.
It is recommended that we consume snacks to boost our energy before we start working out. Simple carbs are easy to convert into energy and should be eaten.
After a workout, it's recommended that we eat snacks made from lean meat in order to repair our muscles and tissues. Adding vitamins is good because our body loses a lot of minerals during exercise.
The right amount of any of these snacks is between 150 and 200 calories.
When to take them?
30 minutes before and after the workout is the best time.
It is easier than it seems to find snacks that meet those requirements. Here are some delicious examples of pre and post workout snacks.
Pre workout snacks.
Add peanut butter and apple to the chucks. Apples and peanut butter are both low in fat and high in fibre.
A small bowl of oatmeal and a sliced banana is a good source of vitamins, natural sugars and fibre.
A slice of whole-grain bread. There was a jar of jam.
A pear and some pistachios. You can replace the pistachios with any type of nut and they will play the same role of energy booster.
Post workout snacks.
A smoothie made with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Almond milk is a great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre.
A delicious snack that will repair your body and restore your energy is 1 cup of non-fat yogurt with 1 piece of fruit.
The omelette has 1 egg and 2 egg whites. This is the perfect option if you prefer meat.
One whole grain toast and one cottage cheese toast. There is cottage cheese. The bread will add fibre to your diet and give you a boost of energy.
These snacks are a great reward for exercising. You can easily break the rules by modifying or adapting some of the ingredients.
