Parsley Drink

Take a handful of parsley and boil it in 1 liter of water. This will make a nice parsley tea and you should drink 1 cup before every meal. Once you boil the parsley tea let it simmer for 20 minutes on very low heat.

Turmeric Milk

Turmeric spice is very beneficial when it comes to stopping inflammatory responses and eliminating pain. Warm up a cup of milk and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric in it. For better taste, you can add honey instead of sugar for more benefits. Drink this turmeric milk 2-3 times a day.

Millennial Cream

Mix 20 grams of Vaseline and 20 grams of millennial cream and apply this mixture onto the afflicted areas. It is best that you do this before going to bed because that way the ointment will work better and effective.
